Pasta: Yellow pea flour, Chickpea flour.
Seasoning: Rice flour, Tomato powder, Cane sugar, Curry powder (turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, ginger, cardamom), Salt, Contains 2% or Less of: Garlic powder, Onion powder, Torula yeast, Citric acid, Paprika extract (colour), Chili powder (chili pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, oregano, spices, extracts of garlic), Safflower oil (to reduce dusting), Silicon dioxide (to reduce caking).
- Add pasta to 10 cups of boiling, salted water.
- Boil for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta reaches your desired firmness. Remove from heat and drain. Do not rinse.
- Add pasta back to the pot with 1/3 cup of milk or milk alternative (coconut milk tastes great), and mix. (Optional: Add 1 to 3 tbsp butter for creamier, richer flavor.)
