    5. Transfer the asparagus to a lined baking tray and spread out as much as possible
    6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until tender
    7. Meanwhile, prepare Chickapea spirals to package specifications (heat 16 cups of water in a large pot over high heat until boiling. Add pasta and 2 Tbsp of salt to the water, decrease the heat to maintain a gentle boil. Stir and cook the pasta for 7 minutes)
    8. Dain the pasta and rinse with warm water
    9. Transfer the pasta into the large bowl
    10. Toss the pasta with 2 Tbsp of garlic butter, adding more to taste until desired flavour is achieved
    11. When the asparagus is done roasting, remove it from the oven and mix it into the pasta
    12. Plate the portions of the pasta and top with a squeeze or fresh lemon, a pinch of paprika and finishing salt to taste
    13. Enjoy!

    How to
    Cook and
    Not Guess

    1. Boil 10 cups of salted water.
    2. Add your pasta to the boiling water.
    3. Stir a few stirs so they don’t stick together.
    4. Maintain a steady boil for 5-8 minutes or until you reach your desired level of doneness.
    5. Drain, rinse and serve with your favourite sauce.
    6. Then think, “wow, I didn’t really have to guess while I cooked, thanks Chickapea.”
