Ok.
"It's healthy and tastes fine. The rest of the pasta shapes are much better. I suspect that there had been a recent change to the recipe for the Spaghetti specifically and also the penne. I had been purchasing it for a few years. Now while boiling, it releases an insane amount of what I believe to be starch and the pasta water is rendered unusable. The Spaghetti then breaks very easily when cooked. I am guessing that they use less chickpea and more yellow peas now to be more cost effective but regardless of what it is, something is different and it's not good. The noodles also seem thinner. Overall, it's healthy, and gluten-free and corn free and etc. . . I will likely continue to buy but less frequently because this change is disappointing. I would highly recommend the other pasta shapes although something is also different about the Penne. . most annoying is that it breaks easily whether it's cooked al dente or not same story as of late."
